All designs, content, and photographs are solely the property of Slowmolds Ceramics. Please understand that each individual piece is handmade and may differ slightly from product marketing images.

Product Safety and Care

Wares are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated. However just a reminder that sudden temperature changes can cause handmade ceramics to crack or break due to thermal shock. To prevent this, it's best to avoid extreme temperature variations when using or caring for handmade ceramics. 

Shipping & Delivery

All sales are final purchase. Slowmolds Ceramics does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless otherwise stated.

Price
All prices stated in the store is in SGD – Singapore Dollars.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Orders are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days whenever the store opens and restocks. It may take an additional 2-3 days for delivery to reach you.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.


International Shipping
For now i will not be shipping internationally, my apologies!

Damaged Items

We usually pack our pieces really well, but in the case of breakage during shipment upon receiving your items, contact slowmolds@gmail.com and include a photograph of the damaged wares. Do retain the packaging materials and box as refund will not be issued without original packaging and photo of broken items.

Lost Mail

If your package has gotten lost somehow, please also contact slowmolds@gmail.com so i can help get it sorted. Lost mail does not include:

  • Lost delivery to an inaccurate address provided.
Self-collection & pick ups

Currently we do not provide self-collection.
