All designs, content, and photographs are solely the property of Slowmolds Ceramics. Please understand that each individual piece is handmade and may differ slightly from product marketing images.

Product Safety and Care

Wares are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated. However just a reminder that sudden temperature changes can cause handmade ceramics to crack or break due to thermal shock. To prevent this, it's best to avoid extreme temperature variations when using or caring for handmade ceramics. 

Shipping & Delivery

All sales are final purchase.Slowmolds Ceramics does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Price
All prices stated in the store is in SGD – Singapore Dollars.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Orders are processed in 1-2 weeks whenever the store opens and restocks.
Orders are shipped out twice every month – every middle and end of the month. Depending on what date in the month you’ve placed your order, they will be ship it out according to its batch. Local orders are estimated to take 1-2 weeks max.

International Shipping
Shipping rates varies depending on location and the weight/size of your item. International orders outside of Singapore are estimated to take 3-10 weeks to arrive in your hands (Shipping time varies greatly and it's not in my control.)

Customs and import taxes (VAT/GST) might apply to international orders outside of Singapore. Slowmolds is not responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.

Damaged Items

Please report breakage upon receiving your items within 7 days. If pieces were broken during shipment, contact slowmolds@gmail.com and include a photograph of damaged items. Please retain packaging materials and box as refund will not be issued without original packaging and photo of broken items.

Lost Mail

If your package has gotten lost somehow, please also contact slowmolds@gmail.com so i can help get it sorted. Lost mail however does not include:

  • Lost due to untracked mailing.
  • Lost delivery to an inaccurate address provided.
Self-collection & pick ups

You can choose to self-collect your pieces – this will be at my home studio in Tampines by appointment only. Actual location will only be given when order is confirmed for self collection.
